Prayer Fuel

Thank you for praying.

To get the most out of your prayer time, we recommend utilizing the prayer wheel below. This model is designed to not only support your prayer for TTI but also to be valuable tool for your daily prayer life. We hope you find this template helpful and adaptable.

Praise & Thanksgiving – 3 Minute

“Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you” – 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18

Take a moment to thank God for who he is, what he’s done, and what he’s doing around the world.

Praise God for 433 baptisms that have happened this year in just one region of a South Asian country.
Praise God for protecting one of our church leaders in Nigeria who was nearly mugged on his way to visit a church.
Praise God for keeping church planters and disciple makers safe after the devastating earthquake that impacted Myanmar and Thailand.

Confession & Repentance – 3 Minutes

“Keep your heart with all vigilance, for from it flow the springs of life.” – Proverbs 4:23

Spend a few minutes to take inventory of your thoughts, actions, desires, behaviors, and lifestyle. Are there any areas in your life where there is unconfessed or unrepentant sin. Ask God to search your heart and respond accordingly before moving on.

Personal Petition – 3 Minutes

“do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God.And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.” – Philippians 4:6-7

Spend a few minutes bringing your personal requests before the Lord, as you do, consider asking the Lord to align your heart more closely with his, and to place a burden in your heart for the things that he cares most deeply about.

Intercession – 3 Minutes

“First of all, then, I urge that supplications, prayers, intercessions, and thanksgivings be made for all people” – 1 Timothy 2:1

Intercede on behalf of our brothers and sisters ministering around the world with TTI:

Pray for churches that have been planted in red and yellow villages across South Asia to be encouraged and to remain strong in the Lord.
Pray that the Lord would continue to comfort church leaders who have been impacted by the earthquake in Southeast Asia. Pray that they would be strengthened to serve and share the Gospel with many who are mourning without the hope of Christ.
Pray for churches in a South Asian country that have recently made a commitment to reach out to unreached and unengaged people groups in their nation.
Pray for churches in Ghana to remain rooted and grounded in faith despite facing discouragement and persecution.
Praise God for the launch of the ACHIEVE strategy in Kenya. Pray that God would fill church planters with a fresh passion to make disciples in red and yellow villages.

Meditation & Reflection

“Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things.” – Philippians 4:8

Take a few minutes to reflect on your prayers and the scriptures you’ve read. Open your heart and mind to God’s voice. As you meditate, ask yourself: What is God communicating to you through your prayers and the Word? How is He guiding or encouraging you in this moment?

As your prayer time comes to a close, thank God again for all he’s doing around the world.
