Prayer Fuel

Thank you for praying.

To get the most out of your prayer time, we recommend utilizing the prayer wheel below. This model is designed to not only support your prayer for TTI but also to be valuable tool for your daily prayer life. We hope you find this template helpful and adaptable.

Praise & Thanksgiving

“Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.” – 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18

Take a moment to thank God for who He is, what He’s done, and what He’s doing around the world.

Praise God for the successful completion of the Training of Trainers in multiple regions of Tanzania. Thank you, Lord, for the trainers and participants who are now more equipped to multiply disciples and plant healthy churches.
Thank you, God, for your healing in Bangladesh as Barnabas Albert’s daughter miraculously recovered from dengue fever. Also in Bangladesh, praise the Lord for saving our Field Rep, Theofil Markas, and his family from a major accident.
Praise God for the Field Rep training held recently in Indonesia. Field Reps were encouraged and equipped for the work ahead, and many were strengthened by the fellowship at the meeting.
Thank you, Lord, for the launch of the Timothy Initiative in Scotland. Praise God for reviving hearts and establishing key leaders to carry the torch of multiplication in this nation.
Thank you, Jesus, for the leaders you are raising up across the Americas. In Haiti, Cuba, and Mexico, disciple makers are becoming more and more convinced that a church in every village, everywhere, is possible!

Confession & Repentance

“Keep your heart with all vigilance, for from it flow the springs of life.” – Proverbs 4:23

Spend a few minutes to take inventory of your thoughts, actions, desires, behaviors, and lifestyle. Are there any areas in your life where there is unconfessed or unrepentant sin. Ask God to search your heart and respond accordingly before moving on.

Personal Petition

“Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God.And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.” – Philippians 4:6-7

Spend a few minutes bringing your personal requests before the Lord, as you do, consider asking the Lord to align your heart more closely with his, and to place a burden in your heart for the things that He cares most deeply about.

Intercession

“First of all, then, I urge that supplications, prayers, intercessions, and thanksgivings be made for all people.” – 1 Timothy 2:1

Intercede on behalf of our brothers and sisters ministering around the world with TTI:

Please pray for Cuba and church planters there after Hurricane Melissa struck the island. Some trainings have continued after the storm, but some meetings were cancelled due to the destruction. Pray for many families who are suffering and for the Lord to bring restoration across Cuba.
Continue to pray for Pastor Kingsley, our project coordinator in Sri Lanka, who is recovering from illness while awaiting a clear diagnosis. Pray for complete healing, wisdom for doctors, and renewed strength.
Pray for church planters and new believers in the southern region of Guinea-Bissau, where persecution is strong. Ask God to strengthen them and plant healthy churches among unreached families.
Pray for the 27 million unreached people in Niger. Pray for local believers to be gripped with a passion to see their nation transformed by the Gospel. Pray for their protection, boldness, and endurance to see the Great Commission carried out to every corner of their country.
Many villages in northern India have posted signs banning pastors from entering. Pray for courage, protection, and creative strategies to reach these communities with the Gospel.
Pray for the church in Haiti as they also recover from Hurricane Melissa. Pray for many who are hurting and for the families who lost loved ones. Pray that the church would rise up and serve in this time of suffering.
Pray for the hard work of surveying and mapping the entire country of Sri Lanka. As of now, 4,900 red villages have been identified. Pray that thousands of these villages with no churches or Christians would be reached with the good news very soon!
Thank you, God, for the ACHIEVE strategy and the way it is empowering disciple makers in Ethiopia to make disciples and plant churches. Pray that churches in Ethiopia would spur each other on to see a church planted in every village, everywhere.

Meditation & Reflection

“Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things.” – Philippians 4:8

Take a few minutes to reflect on your prayers and the scriptures you’ve read. Open your heart and mind to God’s voice. As you meditate, ask yourself: What is God communicating to you through your prayers and the Word? How is He guiding or encouraging you in this moment?

As your prayer time comes to a close, thank God again for all He’s doing around the world.
