Prayer Fuel

Thank you for praying.

To get the most out of your prayer time, we recommend utilizing the prayer wheel below. This model is designed to not only support your prayer for TTI but also to be valuable tool for your daily prayer life. We hope you find this template helpful and adaptable.

Praise & Thanksgiving – 3 Minutes

“Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.” – 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18

Take a moment to thank God for who he is, what he’s done, and what he’s doing around the world.

Praise God for new believers in Mexico who have turned away from their idolatrous traditions to follow Jesus Christ!
Praise God for the first round of training in Tanzania that has successfully identified church leaders who will intentionally take the Gospel and make disciples in red villages.
Thank you Jesus for igniting a fresh passion in leaders across Southeast Asia to share the Gospel in their nation.

Confession & Repentance – 3 Minutes

“Keep your heart with all vigilance, for from it flow the springs of life.” – Proverbs 4:23

Spend a few minutes to take inventory of your thoughts, actions, desires, behaviors, and lifestyle. Are there any areas in your life where there is unconfessed or unrepentant sin. Ask God to search your heart and respond accordingly before moving on.

Personal Petition – 3 Minutes

“Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God.And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.” – Philippians 4:6-7

Spend a few minutes bringing your personal requests before the Lord, as you do, consider asking the Lord to align your heart more closely with his, and to place a burden in your heart for the things that he cares most deeply about.

Intercession – 3 Minutes

“First of all, then, I urge that supplications, prayers, intercessions, and thanksgivings be made for all people.” – 1 Timothy 2:1

Intercede on behalf of our brothers and sisters ministering around the world with TTI:

Pray for ministry leaders and church planters in Ethiopia to be filled with wisdom and boldness. Pray for peace over the nation and for many to come to know Jesus Christ as they recover from recent conflicts across the country.
Pray for the Lord Jesus to reveal Himself to Muslims in Ghana. Pray that many would come to faith and be added to the church.
Pray for 30 churches to be planted in red villages (areas without Christians or churches) this week in a security sensitive South Asian country.
Pray for church planters in South Asia who are facing more threats of persecution as they go about the work of the Great Commission.
Pray for churches in Togo and Benin to boldly share the Gospel with villages that have no churches or Christians present. Pray for God to bless the church and ministry leaders in these nations with boldness and endurance.

Meditation & Reflection

“Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things.” – Philippians 4:8

Take a few minutes to reflect on your prayers and the scriptures you’ve read. Open your heart and mind to God’s voice. As you meditate, ask yourself: What is God communicating to you through your prayers and the Word? How is He guiding or encouraging you in this moment?

As your prayer time comes to a close, thank God again for all he’s doing around the world.
