Prayer Fuel

Thank you for praying.

To get the most out of your prayer time, we recommend utilizing the prayer wheel below. This model is designed to not only support your prayer for TTI but also to be valuable tool for your daily prayer life. We hope you find this template helpful and adaptable.

Praise & Thanksgiving – 3 Minutes

“Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.” – 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18

Take a moment to thank God for who He is, what He’s done, and what He’s doing around the world.

Praise God for 68 new believers that were baptized within an unreached region of a South Asian country!
Praise God for 450 people who were recently saved in Cambodia and their decision to be baptized over the next few months!
Thank God for the work that is unfolding in Madagascar. More than 150 church planters were in attendance at the recent Training of Trainers gathering!

Confession & Repentance – 3 Minutes

“Keep your heart with all vigilance, for from it flow the springs of life.” – Proverbs 4:23

Spend a few minutes to take inventory of your thoughts, actions, desires, behaviors, and lifestyle. Are there any areas in your life where there is unconfessed or unrepentant sin. Ask God to search your heart and respond accordingly before moving on.

Personal Petition – 3 Minutes

“Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God.And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.” – Philippians 4:6-7

Spend a few minutes bringing your personal requests before the Lord, as you do, consider asking the Lord to align your heart more closely with His, and to place a burden in your heart for the things that He cares most deeply about.

Intercession – 3 Minutes

“First of all, then, I urge that supplications, prayers, intercessions, and thanksgivings be made for all people.” – 1 Timothy 2:1

Intercede on behalf of our brothers and sisters ministering around the world with TTI:

Pray for South Asia as a recent terrorist attack has stoked regional tensions and fear of a widespread violence. Pray for peace to reign and for the Gospel of Jesus to bring hope amidst fear and confusion!
Pray for a large group of new believers in a South Asian country that are hesitant to follow the Lord in baptism. Pray for God’s grace to empower them to say yes to Jesus as they count the cost of following Him.
Pray for the 33 unreached people groups that still remain in Ethiopia. Pray that God would send forth laborers into these harvest fields and that they would come to faith in Christ!
Pray for a group of believers in Southeast Asia that have been kicked out of their village because of their faith in Jesus. Pray for them as they have settled in the hills. Pray for God to provide for them and to protect them!
Pray for the launch of a new church planting project in Togo and Benin with the goal of planting 12,500 churches over the next two years. Pray for God to raise up faithful leaders and bold believers.

Meditation & Reflection – 3 Minutes

“Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things.” – Philippians 4:8

Take a few minutes to reflect on your prayers and the scriptures you’ve read. Open your heart and mind to God’s voice. As you meditate, ask yourself: What is God communicating to you through your prayers and the Word? How is He guiding or encouraging you in this moment?

As your prayer time comes to a close, thank God again for all he’s doing around the world.
