Prayer Fuel

Thank you for praying.

To get the most out of your prayer time, we recommend utilizing the prayer wheel below. This model is designed to not only support your prayer for TTI but also to be valuable tool for your daily prayer life. We hope you find this template helpful and adaptable.

Praise & Thanksgiving – 3 Minutes

“Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.” – 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18

Take a moment to thank God for who He is, what He’s done, and what He’s doing around the world.

Praise God for the successful ACHIEVE meetings that took place in two South Asian countries last month!
Thank you Jesus for continuing to develop strong leaders in Cambodia that have a heart for the church and the Great Commission.
Praise God that an entire region of a South Asian country has been successfully mapped. This will allow church planters to more effectively target areas as they share the Gospel and make disciples.

Confession & Repentance – 3 Minutes

“Keep your heart with all vigilance, for from it flow the springs of life.” – Proverbs 4:23

Spend a few minutes to take inventory of your thoughts, actions, desires, behaviors, and lifestyle. Are there any areas in your life where there is unconfessed or unrepentant sin. Ask God to search your heart and respond accordingly before moving on.

Personal Petition – 3 Minutes

“Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God.And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.” – Philippians 4:6-7

Spend a few minutes bringing your personal requests before the Lord, as you do, consider asking the Lord to align your heart more closely with His, and to place a burden in your heart for the things that He cares most deeply about.

Intercession – 3 Minutes

“First of all, then, I urge that supplications, prayers, intercessions, and thanksgivings be made for all people.” – 1 Timothy 2:1

Intercede on behalf of our brothers and sisters ministering around the world with TTI:

Pray for a vision casting meeting with bishops from the Episcopal Church happening next week in an East African nation. Pray that many would partner with the vision of TTI!
Pray for initial meetings with network leaders who will help direct potential Pauls to the new work starting in Scotland in September!
Pray for the 146 unreached people groups in Laos. Pray that God would break our hearts for what breaks His and send forth laborers into these harvest fields.
Pray for the church in Ethiopia after Muslim extremists targeted and killed a young church planter. Pray that God would comfort his family and that the church would not fear in this difficult time.
Pray that church planters in a South Asian country would be committed to sharing the Gospel and planting churches in red villages. Ask God to give them strength as they carry the Good News to places and people that have never heard before.

Meditation & Reflection – 3 Minutes

“Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things.” – Philippians 4:8

Take a few minutes to reflect on your prayers and the scriptures you’ve read. Open your heart and mind to God’s voice. As you meditate, ask yourself: What is God communicating to you through your prayers and the Word? How is He guiding or encouraging you in this moment?

As your prayer time comes to a close, thank God again for all He’s doing around the world.
