Prayer Fuel

Thank you for praying.

To get the most out of your prayer time, we recommend utilizing the prayer wheel below. This model is designed to not only support your prayer for TTI but also to be valuable tool for your daily prayer life. We hope you find this template helpful and adaptable.

Praise & Thanksgiving

“Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.” – 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18

Take a moment to thank God for who He is, what He’s done, and what He’s doing around the world.

Praise God for over 100 churches planted and 2,500 salvations in a South Asian country in the last 3 months!
Thank you Jesus for the faithfulness of church planters in a Southeast Asian country that is hostile to the Christian faith.
Praise God for powerful Kingdom partnerships with other ministries in a South Asian country. Thank you Jesus for bringing unity around the Great Commission and for organizations that are willing to share resources to accomplish the task!

Confession & Repentance

“Keep your heart with all vigilance, for from it flow the springs of life.” – Proverbs 4:23

Spend a few minutes to take inventory of your thoughts, actions, desires, behaviors, and lifestyle. Are there any areas in your life where there is unconfessed or unrepentant sin. Ask God to search your heart and respond accordingly before moving on.

Personal Petition

“Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God.And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.” – Philippians 4:6-7

Spend a few minutes bringing your personal requests before the Lord, as you do, consider asking the Lord to align your heart more closely with his, and to place a burden in your heart for the things that He cares most deeply about.

Intercession

“First of all, then, I urge that supplications, prayers, intercessions, and thanksgivings be made for all people.” – 1 Timothy 2:1

Intercede on behalf of our brothers and sisters ministering around the world with TTI:

Pray that every church planter in a Southeast Asian country would remain rooted in their divine calling, keeping their eyes fixed on Jesus and staying focused on the advancement of God’s Kingdom in the midst of life’s many distractions and trials.
Pray for divine direction, unity, and renewed strength for the TTI national team in a Muslim majority South Asian country. Ask God to protect them from harm and to give them peace.
Pray for the 2.5 million people that make up the 10 remaining unreached people groups in Benin. Pray that the Gospel would pierce these communities and bring many to repentance!
Pray for the church in a few Muslim majority West African nations. Pray that they would stand strong on the firm foundation of God’s Word and that they would be strengthened by the Holy Spirit in the face of persecution and intimidation.
Pray for disciple makers that have a vision to plant churches among unreached communities in a South Asian country. Pray for guidance and provision as they go into villages, share the Gospel, and plant churches. Pray for hearts to be prepared to receive Christ!

Meditation & Reflection

“Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things.” – Philippians 4:8

Take a few minutes to reflect on your prayers and the scriptures you’ve read. Open your heart and mind to God’s voice. As you meditate, ask yourself: What is God communicating to you through your prayers and the Word? How is He guiding or encouraging you in this moment?

As your prayer time comes to a close, thank God again for all He’s doing around the world.
