Prayer Fuel

Thank you for praying.

To get the most out of your prayer time, we recommend utilizing the prayer wheel below. This model is designed to not only support your prayer for TTI but also to be valuable tool for your daily prayer life. We hope you find this template helpful and adaptable.

Praise & Thanksgiving

“Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.” – 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18

Take a moment to thank God for who He is, what He’s done, and what He’s doing around the world.

Praise God for a successful TOT (Training of Trainers) in a South Asian country! By God’s grace, these disciple makers are growing in their ability to communicate the Bible and share the story of Jesus.
Thank you Jesus for new churches planted in a Southeast Asian country. Thank you for encouraging and strengthening these new believers as they take a stand for you.
Praise God for His protection after a ministry leader in Tanzania had a motorcycle accident. Thank you Jesus that he is safe and recovering from his injuries.
Thank God for the current group of church planters in Cameroon and their commitment to training and coaching their disciples. Pray that they would continue to walk in unity and boldness.
Thank you Jesus for bringing further peace and stability to a region within South Asia. Praise God for allowing church planters and disciple makers to continue their effective Kingdom work!

Confession & Repentance

“Keep your heart with all vigilance, for from it flow the springs of life.” – Proverbs 4:23

Spend a few minutes to take inventory of your thoughts, actions, desires, behaviors, and lifestyle. Are there any areas in your life where there is unconfessed or unrepentant sin. Ask God to search your heart and respond accordingly before moving on.

Personal Petition

“Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God.And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.” – Philippians 4:6-7

Spend a few minutes bringing your personal requests before the Lord, as you do, consider asking the Lord to align your heart more closely with his, and to place a burden in your heart for the things that He cares most deeply about.

Intercession

“First of all, then, I urge that supplications, prayers, intercessions, and thanksgivings be made for all people” – 1 Timothy 2:1

Intercede on behalf of our brothers and sisters ministering around the world with TTI:

A new training cycle has just launched in Burkina Faso. Pray that many disciple makers in the nation would plant a healthy church and that the Lord would pour out abundant provision.
Pray for spiritual depth and maturity for church planters in a Southeast Asian country. Pray that they would be deeply rooted in Christ, forming healthy, reproducing churches that bring glory to God. May these churches reach the unreached and illuminate the darkest corners with the light of Christ.
Please pray for the 146 unreached people groups in Laos. There are 2.2 million individuals that make up the unreached population in this Southeast Asian country. Pray that God would save them!
Pray for the Zanzibari Swahili people group in Tanzania. There are no known Christians among this Muslim community and the majority are opposed to the Gospel. Pray that Jesus would reveal Himself to these 800,000 souls.
Pray for believers in Nigeria as persecution is on the rise there. Pray for God to protect them and for the comfort of the Holy Spirit in these difficult times.
Pray for believers in a small South Asian country that face persecution from their government everyday. Pray that the Lord would deliver them from those opposed to the Gospel and bring many to faith!
Praise God that churches are being planted in red and yellow villages across South Asia. Pray that they would continue to be sustained and abide in Christ.
Continue to pray for the ACHIEVE Togo/Benin project that has just launched. Over the next two years, church planters are believing for and working toward planting 12,500 churches. May God give them courage and perseverance.

Meditation & Reflection

“Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things.” – Philippians 4:8

Take a few minutes to reflect on your prayers and the scriptures you’ve read. Open your heart and mind to God’s voice. As you meditate, ask yourself: What is God communicating to you through your prayers and the Word? How is He guiding or encouraging you in this moment?

As your prayer time comes to a close, thank God again for all He’s doing around the world.
