Prayer Fuel

Thank you for praying.

To get the most out of your prayer time, we recommend utilizing the prayer wheel below. This model is designed to not only support your prayer for TTI but also to be valuable tool for your daily prayer life. We hope you find this template helpful and adaptable.

Praise & Thanksgiving

“Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.” – 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18

Take a moment to thank God for who He is, what He’s done, and what He’s doing around the world.

Praise God for many churches that have been planted in red and yellow villages across South Asia.
Thank you, Jesus, for the faithfulness and commitment of church planters in Southeast Asia as they share the Gospel and cast the vision of disciples making disciples to other pastors.
Praise God for His protection over disciple makers around the world who are ministering in places where Christians are being persecuted.
Praise God that He is building His church in West Africa. Thank you, Lord, for leading all of the Pauls, Timothys, and Tituses with wisdom and boldness.
Thank you, Jesus, for continuing to protect the church in East Africa from dangerous teachings that are twisting the truth of the Gospel.

Confession & Repentance

“Keep your heart with all vigilance, for from it flow the springs of life.” – Proverbs 4:23

Spend a few minutes to take inventory of your thoughts, actions, desires, behaviors, and lifestyle. Are there any areas in your life where there is unconfessed or unrepentant sin. Ask God to search your heart and respond accordingly before moving on.

Personal Petition

“Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God.And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.” – Philippians 4:6-7

Spend a few minutes bringing your personal requests before the Lord, as you do, consider asking the Lord to align your heart more closely with his, and to place a burden in your heart for the things that He cares most deeply about.

Intercession

“First of all, then, I urge that supplications, prayers, intercessions, and thanksgivings be made for all people” – 1 Timothy 2:1

Intercede on behalf of our brothers and sisters ministering around the world with TTI:

Pray for several Training of Trainers meetings happening throughout Mexico this month. Pray that church planters would be encouraged, challenged, and determined to raise up more church planters with the help of the Holy Spirit.
Pray for a church in South Asia that has seen five new families added recently. Pray that they would continue to abide in Christ and bear good fruit.
Pray for the 276 unreached people groups in Bangladesh. These 172 million individuals have little or no access to the Gospel message. Pray that the Lord would lead His church to reach these groups.
Pray for the 64 unreached people groups in Sri Lanka. These 3.5 million individuals have little or no access to the Gospel message. Pray that disciple makers across the nation would be inspired to share the Gospel in these communities.
Pray for church planters working diligently in Central Africa as they face opposition from Muslim extremists. Pray for the Holy Spirit to strengthen them and that they would be reminded that the gates of hell will not prevail against the church!
Pray for peace and protection over areas in West Africa where terrorism has been prevalent. Church planters are working in these areas and need your prayers.
Pray for church planters in East Africa who are determined to see a church planted in every village, everywhere. Pray for them as they survey villages and raise up disciple makers to take the Gospel into yellow and red villages.
The Lord is moving mightily across West Africa. Pray for this region as more countries adopt the ACHIEVE strategy. Pray for church planters and disciple makers to be filled with vision to plant a church in every village, everywhere.

Meditation & Reflection

“Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things.” – Philippians 4:8

Take a few minutes to reflect on your prayers and the scriptures you’ve read. Open your heart and mind to God’s voice. As you meditate, ask yourself: What is God communicating to you through your prayers and the Word? How is He guiding or encouraging you in this moment?

As your prayer time comes to a close, thank God again for all He’s doing around the world.
