Prayer Fuel

Thank you for praying.

To get the most out of your prayer time, we recommend utilizing the prayer wheel below. This model is designed to not only support your prayer for TTI but also to be valuable tool for your daily prayer life. We hope you find this template helpful and adaptable.

Praise & Thanksgiving

“Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.” – 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18

Take a moment to thank God for who He is, what He’s done, and what He’s doing around the world.

Thank you, Jesus, for your leadership and the churches that have been planted across Sierra Leone!
Praise God for 8 new believers who just received Christ in Vietnam. Thank you, Jesus, for saving souls and pursuing those who are far from you.
Thank you, Jesus, for new leaders in Pakistan who are from a Muslim background. Thank you for saving them and giving them a passion to reach the lost!
Praise the Lord for more villages that have been identified and surveyed in Kenya. Thank you, Jesus, for leading bold messengers to these red and yellow villages.
Praise God for a successful Training of Trainers meeting in Haiti. Thank you, Lord, for bringing the right people at the right time for the work of your Kingdom!

Confession & Repentance

“Keep your heart with all vigilance, for from it flow the springs of life.” – Proverbs 4:23

Spend a few minutes to take inventory of your thoughts, actions, desires, behaviors, and lifestyle. Are there any areas in your life where there is unconfessed or unrepentant sin. Ask God to search your heart and respond accordingly before moving on.

Personal Petition

“Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God.And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.” – Philippians 4:6-7

Spend a few minutes bringing your personal requests before the Lord, as you do, consider asking the Lord to align your heart more closely with his, and to place a burden in your heart for the things that He cares most deeply about.

Intercession

“First of all, then, I urge that supplications, prayers, intercessions, and thanksgivings be made for all people.” – 1 Timothy 2:1

Intercede on behalf of our brothers and sisters ministering around the world with TTI:

Pray for a disciple maker named Juan in Mexico. He recently came to the Lord, was baptized, and has been completely transformed. Pray for him as he passionately shares the Gospel and works toward starting a fellowship in his home.
Pray for the Gospel work in Laos. As more churches are planted, pray that they would continue to abide in Christ and proclaim the resurrection power of Jesus.
Pray for the unreached people groups in Burkina Faso. There are 27 unreached people groups with an estimated 5.5 million who have little or no access to the Gospel message. Pray for the light of Christ to shine in this nation.
Pray for Sudan and the 170 unreached people groups that are within the nation. Over 48 million people will live and die without a Gospel witness unless something changes. Pray that the Lord would send laborers into these harvest fields!
Pray for the church in Nepal. Amid political violence and unrest, pray that the church remains anchored in the love of Christ! Pray for peace and that order would be restored in the country.
Please pray for disciple makers in Pakistan as they sow Gospel seed among Muslim communities. Pray that the Lord would keep them safe and continue to bring many Muslims to faith in Christ!
Pray for leaders in Sri Lanka to be filled with enthusiasm and dedication to the ACHIEVE vision in their nation. Pray that many churches would be planted in yellow and red villages over the next few months.
Pray for Cuba! God is moving mightily across this island nation, and many disciple makers are convinced that a church will be planted in every village, everywhere. Pray for endurance and boldness to continue in the ways of Jesus.

Meditation & Reflection

“Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things.” – Philippians 4:8

Take a few minutes to reflect on your prayers and the scriptures you’ve read. Open your heart and mind to God’s voice. As you meditate, ask yourself: What is God communicating to you through your prayers and the Word? How is He guiding or encouraging you in this moment?

As your prayer time comes to a close, thank God again for all He’s doing around the world.
