Prayer Fuel

Thank you for praying.

To get the most out of your prayer time, we recommend utilizing the prayer wheel below. This model is designed to not only support your prayer for TTI but also to be valuable tool for your daily prayer life. We hope you find this template helpful and adaptable.

Praise & Thanksgiving

“Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.” – 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18

Take a moment to thank God for who He is, what He’s done, and what He’s doing around the world.

Praise God for leading the way in Laos and successful vision casts to pastors across the country.
Thank you, Jesus, for the increase in salvations, baptisms, and the effective use of discipleship and church health tools across Pakistan. The Lord is building and strengthening His church!
Thank you, God, for the opportunity to partner with many evangelical denominations in Ethiopia and the Gospel work that is expanding there. Praise God for Kingdom collaboration.
Thank you, Jesus, for raising up young and passionate leaders in Cuba who are excited to see the Gospel go out into their cities and communities.
Praise God for a successful Training of Trainers meeting last month in Sri Lanka. Participants came from all parts of the island nation, and God gave wisdom, strength, and encouragement to these leaders.

Confession & Repentance

“Keep your heart with all vigilance, for from it flow the springs of life.” – Proverbs 4:23

Spend a few minutes to take inventory of your thoughts, actions, desires, behaviors, and lifestyle. Are there any areas in your life where there is unconfessed or unrepentant sin. Ask God to search your heart and respond accordingly before moving on.

Personal Petition

“Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God.And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.” – Philippians 4:6-7

Spend a few minutes bringing your personal requests before the Lord, as you do, consider asking the Lord to align your heart more closely with his, and to place a burden in your heart for the things that He cares most deeply about.

Intercession

“First of all, then, I urge that supplications, prayers, intercessions, and thanksgivings be made for all people.” – 1 Timothy 2:1

Intercede on behalf of our brothers and sisters ministering around the world with TTI:

Pray that ministry leaders and church planters in Bhutan would be deeply rooted in the scriptures. This is a difficult place for the Gospel, and churches there need the strength and endurance that comes from God’s Word and the Holy Spirit.
Pray for the successful launch of work in new countries across East Africa: Djibouti, Malawi, Mozambique, Rwanda & Burundi, Uganda. Pray for God to raise up committed and visionary leaders for the work in these countries.
Please pray for the 238 unreached people groups in Indonesia. These groups are made up of over 200 million individuals who have little to no access to the Gospel message. Pray to the Lord of the harvest and ask for more laborers to be sent into these communities.
Pray for the 80 unreached people groups in Malaysia. Over 18 million individuals will live and die without a Gospel witness unless something changes. Pray for the Kingdom of God to expand into these villages and lives.
Pray that God would protect disciples from persecution in Islamic countries across West Africa. Violence targeting Christians has been on the rise throughout the year, and we must continue to pray for the suffering church there.
Pray for the island of Zanzibar off the coast of Tanzania. This is a highly Muslim area, and it is difficult to be a Christian there. Pray for disciple makers to be filled with faith and courage to share the Gospel there.
Pray that many more across the Americas would be filled with a vision to raise up disciples who make disciples, churches that plant churches, and leaders who develop leaders. Pray that there would be a church planted in every village, everywhere in Mexico, Cuba, and Haiti.
Pray for the mapping efforts in countries across the world. Many people are working diligently to understand which villages have churches and which do not. This is challenging work, but so crucial to the Great Commission and seeing a church planted in every village, everywhere.

Meditation & Reflection

“Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things.” – Philippians 4:8

Take a few minutes to reflect on your prayers and the scriptures you’ve read. Open your heart and mind to God’s voice. As you meditate, ask yourself: What is God communicating to you through your prayers and the Word? How is He guiding or encouraging you in this moment?

As your prayer time comes to a close, thank God again for all He’s doing around the world.
